    Did all that last night and an alternate mac address clear they recommended. None of it worked. Still 524.

    No work around, completely unable to play online. Other accounts on the same xbox are fine.

    I went through 4 escalations (and 1.5 hours) before I ended up being forced to put the kids to bed. Still dead in the water.

    So annoying.

    I logged a bug report, all other games we tested were fine. I even removed his account from the family and readded it as an adult, no change.

    I am having the same issue. I got a call back by an impatient gentlemen that barely spoke English. Needless to say, nothing was fixed, he yelled at me and then proceeded to hang up on me. Shame on you EA... what a joke.

    I am having the same problem. I have since created a new account to resolved the situation. The only problem is that the bonus code that came with the deluxe edition of battlefront II only works once and was wasted on the first account. Because there was no online access my son could not receive the content. How can we access the content?
