Re: For those who cry pay to win

Chinnyreckon i feel your just talking to a wall , he is of the mentality of "GIT GUD SCRUB Quite WHINING "  they cant comprehend  the whole P2W moniker  and why its a not desirable thing to have . because they can get that top damage or same score with or without said items if you cant do that then your "terribad and should feel bad"  that is the type he clearly is by his remarks ,

my luck with the system has been this 90% of the crates i opened gave me cards for LOCKED characters  , which means for most my trooper classes i had to use  the small amount of  scraps to get the BASIC cards which is slow as F to get that class up in progression , even though i might play one trooper most of the time .  where as someone else who opened  twice or more crates with crystals , most likely got  higher level cards and has a much higher progression with the same amount of play which would give them more options to there character due to how many cards they can fit on that class .

to me that's the most broken the loot Progression system is .

  • Yes @QuePan random loot boxes suck. Resuting gameplay unpleasurable to the extreme. JUST SAY NO TO GAMBLING

However, I think @kaspen2012 now sees how P2W can have bad effects. I think their "okay" meant that. I just now need to explain clearly how there is no need for it in order to satisfy the casual players it helps as they can be helped in other ways. I hope my last post above did that and they read it.

its actually more of a grind game, casual gamers will just bite the bullet and buy progression, which is kinda of sad as game play is fun w/o this, hopefully this gets address (i.e. remove grind and reward players with cosmetic stuff rather than potential game breaking weapons or we gonna play on empty servers soon zzz.

  • The following video says that what seems to be a credible EA insider says the preasure is really effecting EA and they are planning reworking the microtransaction system to be either only cosmetic based or cosmetic+cards but no gambling. The video is pretty long but you just need to watch from 24 mins 30 secs until 29 mins:

EA seem to be listening but need more ensentive to do exactly what we want. Please post your constructive suggestions regarding fixing P2W and progression to @ObiWanBonomi's thread which collects suggestions so that EA/DICE can see them in one place and they are not lost in the depths of the forum:
