Re: How do I reset my progress (like ranks, achievements etc.)?

@MrJadestoneYou can do this if you contact support and ask them to deactivate all Battlefront 2 products of your account and get new product keys as compensation to a second account of yours. This way you can start from zero again from a different account without having to buy a new game.

As far as I know, deleting the progress of your original profile isn't possible due to technical and legal reasons.

I once did the progress mentioned above for Battlefield 3, the entire game plus premium pass, DLCs and veteran status was transferred if I remember correctly, only the minor DLCs with the special dogtags etc. weren't transferrable.

The small (because no great problem for me) downside was that due to the new product key the text language was entirely in russian, on the other hand I could switch around all available audio languages which wasn't possible with my own previous verion before.

For Battlefront II you should ask support whether the pre-order skins or the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition can be transferred (if you own them).

You should keep in mind, the product codes are bound to an account forever, they can only be deactivated and new codes be issued as compensation to another account.

So I guess for both the pre-order skins and the Deluxe Edition that won't be the case as no new product keys are officially to be sold anymore.

For the Celebration Edition I think it won't be a problem because it's still in all shops. Still, ask them about this as well if they don't tell you right away anyways.

  • The main reason I have multiple accounts is to start from the beginning

I like starting with the basic weapons and unlocking achievements

What else is there to do without new content

@ToddyRocket1 It can sometimes be sobering to do this. You realize it's not the end of the world even if you lose all progress lol.

I did this recently in Planetside 2. I have a high level character with all kinds of specializations unlocked on PS4. I created some new characters on both PC and PS4 starting from scratch...game plays just the same lol.

I've been debating doing this with Avengers when the PS5 version comes out March 18. Just playing the game from scratch after pumping in over 200 hours last fall.

When I used to play DC Universe online, people I played with did this all the time. They'd get their dailies done on their main characters, then start a new one just to have something new to mess with lol.
    • Is it possible to keep celebration edition content on the account you reset? Also is it ea support or Xbox support that you say this through
