Sorry, my troubleshooting was not meant to insult your knowledge or skills. LOL As an IT Network Engineer, sometimes it is best to start with a baseline of the obviously. Sometimes even I miss that, not often mind you.
Obviously you are on ATT, and obviously you are sending and receiving traffic to your device. is it an iPhone? If not what type of smartphone? What browser are you using? If the default browser for the device, have you reset the browser? Obviously you have tried other browsers on your device, guessing.. - Anonymous7 years agoYes iPhone 7 using safari, I have gone into settings and deleted my cookies/ browsing history after logging out of ea. Than restarting browser, logging back in with ea account to no avail. Here’s what it looks like on a pc browser....

@M4LxAlbaTr0ss Hello,
Are you sure your Xbox Gamertag is linked to your EA Account ? From what I see, your forum profile doesn't have any info about that. Also, I will ask Community Managers if they could solve this problem and give you the access to the forums.
Thanks!

So when you goto a menu topic, such as single player, there is no "new topic" on the left hand side?
- Anonymous7 years agoNope

Just messaging you with a name of a volunteer senior moderator that might be able to assist further with your EA forum account. It must be account related, on there end if you signed in and out, used multiple devices and browsers, having the right username, email address, and password authentication. It happens. Good Luck.

Hi,
You have two EA accounts. You're trying to login to the Battlefront forums with the account that doesn't have the game and Gamertag attached. Please try other email addresses that you own to get posting access.
Kind regards,
- Anonymous7 years agoI’m trying to sign in with my only other email, no passwords match nor is it sending me an email to change my password when clicking “forgot my password”

Here is a simpler way. Whatever platform you use to play the game on, xbox, ps4, pc, load SWBF2, use your account like normal.
With whatever platform goto options settings, etc, and select EA. That should help with whatever email address or account you used for the game. - Straatford877 years ago

How did you do this, I'm also having that problem. Just wanted to post on the forums before they closed

You must have a linked EA account and own Star Wars Battlefront I or II to post on the forums.
Are you still unable to post? Check the following:- Log in with the EA account that has Star Wars Battlefront registered to it
- Log out of the forums and clear your browser cache, cookies and temp files
That must be the problem, I used a different account to that I played on. Thanks for the quick reply, I feel like the unnoticed work of people like you and other moderators aren't appreciated enough.
