All I received in two months was "we have sent this on" Two months, 60 days since the first reporting with evidence, and it is still malfunctioning. After seven completed uninstalls and resets of my Xbox One. Like okay so when you go to a mechanic for vehicle maintenance about lets say your gas pedal sticks, does he tell you "Yeah sure right we have sent that on."
