Ok, just thought it may help, sounds like a platform issue for Xbox possibly? As I said I have PS4. As I am an Audio Visual Tech/ Account Manager, I just look for the quick an obvious solution, but sounds more like an in depth problem on programming for Xbox with that character, as you have done all the hardware checks/tests logically.
