@EA_David that may be the one. Hard to tell cuz it showed me 0 credits. Lol. I tried tech support and they were useless. Tried about 5 times to get someone to call me back. I kept getting emails saying they called but they didn't. I finally got a call back when I called support for another game. They gave me what seem to be useless garbage. Being I have worked in tech support I did all the steps except wipe out the hard drive. I played a little bit after I had to reset all my cards. It worked the rest of the day. I'm gonna play during this weekend and see what happens. Since you can see the matches on the server I'll try to get you the times it happens, if it happens again. Thanks David, you seem more concerned with it than support does.

@obiron_m230 Thanks for the update, and sorry for the poor support experience. Hopefully you don't see this any more but if you do the timestamps would be very helpful.
I'd just need the end of the match time, with match type, so something like "10:33am, GA", or "2.12pm, Blast" would suffice.- EA_David

I'm level 50 in rank, so I do not see my points at end of matches but I can tell it happens.
Every time I get 0 points (because I'm 50) and sometimes 0 or 1 credit.
When I play 1 minute I do not really mind but when I got thousands points during the game it is clearly not right.
Worst case was yesterday on the starkiller map GA.
I can't tell about the time but it was between 8 pm and 11 pm the 30th of january 2018.UTC+1
