This bug seems to happen when you have weapon attachments equipped in arcade for certain weapons and then go back into multiplayer.
Could you try to go into arcade and deselect any weapon attachments? Then try if they work in multiplayer?

I’m having this issue as well. However, mine started without ever playing arcade mode. Going back in to arcade mode does not fix this issue. I am having trouble with the A280. I have the first two mods “unlocked” yet I cannot equip them. It says I have to complete the appropriate milestones. I have enough kills for BOTH milestones yet so far, the first two mods are still locked with a big fat teasing white bar underneath both. As I said, I had not played arcade yet. So any help would be appreciated.
I'm having this exact issue. Unlocked and able to equip the first two mods for my SE-44C, but despite having enough kills for the final attachment and it being "Completed" in my career tab, it remains locked. Tried restarting and repairing my game to no avail. Never played arcade mode.
Same exact issue here. After playing Co-OP, can no longer equip attachments I had already unlocked and already had equipped on my gun..
