Sounds like a tick mark in a box somewhere in the system. Good that you tried another keyboard. When did it start?
Try a shut down, wait 3 mins and with power off, unplug computer from outlet or pull the power cord. Let it sit 2 mins. Let the internal clock battery take the bios over. Then reboot and try again. This lets the Bios/Registry start over and forgets the other commands it had before. If that doesn't work, you may have to find that keyboard toggle, either by reinstall, clean of Origin, or Windows repair..
