Re: "Play" button ghosted/greyed out

I've seen multiple posts with people having issues when one version is bought from one store and another from another store. They have to all somehow make their way thru the EA authentication and there is likely some confusion with which version takes precedence.

While someone else may have a better solution for you, my best recommendation is to contact EA support or Epic support directly to see if they can get your account sorted.
