I'm having the same issue as well. Bought the physical disc version, Region 3 (Asia). Redeemed codes on 17/11.
Upon installing the game, I am only awarded the crates for participating in the Beta & for subscribing to the newsletter.
Various methods I've tried such as:
Rebooting PS4 system/game - Nothing
Restoring license & rebooting PS4 system multiple times - Nothing.
Deleting application with save files and re-installing - Nothing.
Rebooting my internet connection - Nothing.
Went to store.playstation.com downloads list - Nothing.
However in my Sony Entertainment Network account shows that I own both DLCs with "remaining: 1" & attempts of re-submitting codes for redemption only yields the message "already redeemed".
I've been scouring the net for solutions but to no avail. I've submitted a case for them to review. Hopefully we'll get an answer soon as there seems to be many who are impacted.
