Hey!

Just want to inform you, I still suffer from this bug. Nothing changed since Wednesday. After almost 3 days without any further reply, I don't believe EA is going to fix this.

I hope in that case everybody will be compensate for this reset.

Once again my request for repealing the whole leveling system in SWBF2!

Now I just turned on my PS4 and play SWB2 and for my surprise... YES! They fix that bug. I'm on rank 39 now (before I was 38, but I play some matches and up 1 level to verify if that bug is fix). But my characters (assault and others) are still in error.

With me on PC still the same, Heroes and Villains Level 37, Troopers 69.
For me this bug is NOT fixed yet!
Anybody can confirm that it has been fixed now?
I have a bad feeling about this.

@VictorCSPereira i doubt they did anything to fix it so far. Everyone who had heroes above lvl 40 got them reset back to lvl 37. So it makes sense that your now lvl 39 after playing a few matches.

Could you please let us know, if you have Backups of our Accounts with all correct levels. I guess this would reassure a lot of players.
