Re: ps4 lag/ rubber banding for battlefront 2

Thank you all for the posts. I did notice a drop in issues of this type over the weekend, though such reports haven't gone away completely.

If you played over the weekend how was your experience?

@EA_David, could you please address my concern about people in the USA being connected to servers in London? This seems to be ignored everytime I mention it. Is there seriously no game servers for Xbox one within the USA?

When you have an already high ping due to the server being overseas, there is no room for fluctuation without it affecting the game. High traffic would cause the ping to rise and a little rise would cause these types of issues.

If there are NO game servers in the USA, then everyone in the USA and Europe is using the same servers I assume and if there are USA servers, then people shouldn't be routed to London if they are on the east coast of the USA.

I know that while in menus, I'm connected to a server somewhere in the USA area but it's when I go into a game that it switches to London.

Normal PS4 here, optical fiber connection wired, nothing else eating up bandwidth.

Stutters can be super short or 1-2 seconds long... making the whole game unplayable at times.
Please FIX THIS! I don't want to buy a PS4 PRO to maybe NOT have this issue and be able to play the game as intended.

The lagging issue still on,sometimes is smoother and makes the game awesome but I still getting kicked.Check the links I attached so u can see how it is.1st on Friday 2nd on Sunday.Thnax and pls keep working to fix it.I really like the game.

Rubber banding is to the point where the game is unplayable on PC.
Issue appeared about a week ago and I have had to put the game away for now.
I will try again on the weekend

This is absolutely unacceptable. Constant lag with pings as low as 323 ms. Who're running these servers? Monkeys? No...strike that. Monkeys would do a better job than EA/Dice.

Bad on the Xbox. Had to restart the game after every game or too because it would get unplayable
