Was there only a 2 day event to get this? I see nothing logging in about any Rodian.

They really need to put these up longer. You don;t play for a couple days and you miss out. A bit ridiculous. These should be up for at least a week. Some people have jobs and lives. 

EDIT: Nevermind. I figured it out. The crate reward does not say you get a skin, it just says Trooper Reward. They should be more clear on exactly what is the reward in the future. So many fails in this game. 

Furthermore, I can't wear the skin. I put it on and it does not show up while playing.
