@EA_Aticyes i had forgotten about that i couldn't get my old account back so i had to make a new one last year and so does that mean i can not be helped?

Yeah if you unlink your account you will loss all progresses, if you link it back your progress might come back. @jaxedoval
/Atic - @EA_Atic I have the same problem too, I unlinked my account then linked it again then my progress is messed up too. How do I get it back or I can’t ?
Hey I have the same problem but I am linked and nothing is happening is this a bug?
So I actually have never unlinked my account and the same thing is happening with me. Literally every player has this issue. If someone says they don't, then they haven't played a mission yet to see the 4 locked characters Anakin, Obi-Wan, Grevious, and Dooku. I also cannot access my cards despite my infiltrator being level 141. And with my heavy at level 112 I think, i can't access a single card or gun let alone attachments. And nobody can progress their levels and claim rewards anymore

RESOLVED - Accepting As Solution For Visibility Purposes

(on my account) hope y'all got ur datas back guys 🙂 - @EA_Illium Mine is fixed finally, played around 5 matches today / yesterday. Just still have the usual error 721 to connect online and for the first time had FPS dropping on Kasshyk (galactic assault).

game was running on 2560x1440 165hz
mostly on ULTRA settings and running smoothly all this time till today when I started getting unplayable during gameplays. " It’s fixed now thanks EA.

@EA_Illium When I first went back into Collection in the game, the following EA App error popped up.
This only happened the first time I opened the game.
Unfortunately, it appears any of the characters I looked at in the prior few days (when we had the issue) no longer have boost cards assigned. However, the cards are no longer locked and progress appears to be back to normal. Assigning boost cards for the few I looked at is easy enough.

Where's the apology to your loyal playerbase who patiently waited over May 4th weekend for this to be fixed?
- @Phappi also waiting. A good one would be " we will add new content to the game".
what do you mean "RESOLVED"? nothing is resloved! i still have no progress, everything is locked! lmfao....

this thing was not a bug it just happened right now in a match ranks set to 0 heros being loked and cards not working
