Yea its happening to me as well, but i never purchased the celebration pack. Anakin, Grevious, Obi Wan, Dooku, and all of my perk cards are locked.

Have you found a way to fix it? i have them locked too and my cards are gone like the reset to level 0
Ja das ist mir auch passiert. Passiert das gerade mit allen Spielern? Ich hätte die 4 am Anfang für 35k credits kaufen können. Habe dann das spiel gestartet und jetzt ist es gesperrt und ich kanns nicht mehr freischalten
why would you buy anything knowingly from ea who wont fix anything is a better question. If anything you should ask for a celebration refund
