LOL so you replied to everyone saying it could not be the game and must be a "system issue" (based on absolutely nothing and with no explanation given) and then somebody finally does your job for you and you're willing to admit people needs to follow those steps? Holy crap. No wonder everybody considers EA to be a complete joke.
