Re: Settings not Saving

Open the Origin launcher, click Origin in the top left, then click application settings and go to the install & saves tab. In the cloud storage section turn off the saves option. Restart the game and change your options, they should now save.

    mine is already selected like you stated (in Origin settings) and i still have the same problem

    This also fixed the SP campaign not saving
