OMG FINALLY! Someone other than me has seen this! I have no idea what causes this because apparently only certain people are affected by this (like me). I have reported this issue not too long ago. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Speeders-Unplayable-in-Instant-Action/m-p/8333049#M25461 I really hope this gets fixed. It's supper annoying. Maybe since I'm no longer the only one, it will get looked into soon.
