Still no. I just learned my escalated case wasn't even in the queue...
This has been seriously the most frustrating experience i've yet to have with a tech support team and EA.
How a company can't invest more time and money into an issue where they are effectively taking money from the customer and not delivering what is promised is beyond me.
If this issue persists much longer I suggest everyone with the problem report EA to a consumer law champion. They need to move on this issue asap and rectify the situation!
