I have the same issue.

- PSN download

- I went through the process with EA support, supplying me account details etc. They provided a code which said it was successful, but nothing changed

- Via the PSN app the main game lists as 'purchased', while the deluxe - upgrade and elite trooper deluxe edition list as 'unavailable'

- I have an AU account. I purchased with this account and am playing with this account. I am based though in the UK. I wondered if everyone else with this issue were also using an account in one country but live in another.

my problem has just been solved:

Glad yours is sorted, all I got back from EA was an email saying what yoda Star card. Not a single mention from them about the rest of my missing content and that took 5 days for that answer. PSN told me to uninstall the game, reinstall the game and go through safe mode setup and still got nothing. PSN then said I had to speak to EA which is clearly not getting me any where.

I am the only person who uses my PS4 and I have never had any problems with content before this game. PSN name is as here smyideas.

I contacted them by phone. It took three days to process my request.

Problem solved with the patch 1.03. Just installed it and then....magic! All the crates were there!!! Thank you EA!

Seems this is only happening with people who bought it via the PS store. For some it seems to have solved itself automatically where for others it hasn't.

Best is to contact support by phone (not chat and/or mail) and already get the proof of purchase files as that'll be most likely their next question (saves you some time).

You can add the files via that website as well and most likely can do so on the phone once the case is made.

Seems some have gotten their crates via support so worth a shot 🙂

Thanks for the info Gywndolium. I am still struggling with support. I only use chat though as I cant get access in business hours yet. 

If I don't get what I paid for in a couple of days i'm just going to get a full refund i reckon, what a joke.

@WZF3604 Thanks for the update/confirmation, and for your patience around this issue. An update should have fixed this issue for a bunch of people.

The 1.03 patch is actually unrelated to the issue, but folks should update anyway. 🙂

I have checked it again today, but still no crates. on Version 1.03

Please reach out to support, they can look into your particular case and get this cleared up. 

I only got 7 crates, is it missing something?

when you already solve the problem with the lack of a pre-order bonus? The support can not help, they say that the fault is the store where I bought the key. The store says that you need to write in support. I'm confused. Decide finally this problem.

@pashus1971 Hi, thanks for the post. Your issue does seem to be slightly different in that yours is related to an upgrade, but it's still something we want to get sorted out.

I do notice that you seem to have 2 accounts playing the game, can I check that you've looked on both of them? The upgrade content is delivered as a collection of crates.

Can you also check your store page for the game in case there's anything listed in Addons? I don't think this will be the case, but I just want to check all avenues. 

Ah, thank you for the update, mixed region content can have issues on PS4.
