Re: STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT 2 DELUXE EDITION BONUSES

Hi guys! I didn't know so many of you had the same problem when I originally started this post! Since then, I have contacted EA Help and they said my case had been escalated, they sent me an email stating that an advisor would contact me soon, but I haven't gotten any response. Then, I saw an UPDATE: V1.03! I was disappointed when I saw my crates weren't there after I finished updating. The following day, I switched on the game and was SURPRISED to see my 13 crates restored! 

If you guys haven't gotten your crates yet, please remember to update to V1.03, if it still doesn't pop up, just wait a day or two, it worked for me!

    @WZF3604 Thanks for the update/confirmation, and for your patience around this issue. An update should have fixed this issue for a bunch of people.

    The 1.03 patch is actually unrelated to the issue, but folks should update anyway. 🙂

    I have checked it again today, but still no crates. on Version 1.03

    @pashus1971 Hi again, thanks for letting us know. Most people with this issue got their content, but of course we want to make sure that everyone has their stuff.

    Please reach out to support, they can look into your particular case and get this cleared up.

    I only got 7 crates, is it missing something?

    I buy the pre order deluxe version too.

    when you already solve the problem with the lack of a pre-order bonus? The support can not help, they say that the fault is the store where I bought the key. The store says that you need to write in support. I'm confused. Decide finally this problem.

    @pashus1971 Hi, thanks for the post. Your issue does seem to be slightly different in that yours is related to an upgrade, but it's still something we want to get sorted out.

    I do notice that you seem to have 2 accounts playing the game, can I check that you've looked on both of them? The upgrade content is delivered as a collection of crates.

    Nothing on either, the only one I use is the pashus1971. The other account rarely gets used as this used to be for my pc stuff.

    I have found out my son (who is in the U.K. Still is using the pash1971 account and he actually brought the boxed deluxe version and it is working.

    I brought the US box, but brought the US upgrade. I am getting a little annoyed now as this has been going on a week now. Can I get my money back for the upgrade or have a code to download the full digital version which may solve the problem.

    Ah, thank you for the update, mixed region content can have issues on PS4.

    PS store do not want to know. I have spoken to them 3 times now, and they say it is an EA problem.

    The upgrade purchase is in my wallet of my US account. So should be working with my pashus1971 account with the US disc I brought from GameStop in Orlando.

    Unfortunately I don't think this is something we'd be able to make any changes to, as we don't have any control over the PS4 purchase system. 

    Perhaps reach out to them and see if they can remove and re-add it? It looks like adding the content on the UK account may have lead to the mixup. 


    We did have an issue recently which was affecting a relatively wide number of users that did need to be sorted out, but this is resolved now.

    Perhaps if you can reach out again they can help as the situation has changed and this looks like an individual issue rather than one we can affect.
