This is ridiculous, error code 2593 all week. Can’t join friends invites or even get in a que for a game. No support chat or call option

• I’m on Xbox. I’ve deleted the game and installed it, nothing happened. I cleared the cache of my entire Xbox and still nothing

I don’t think you realise the scale of this issue it’s not just individual’s experiencing this, it’s everyone! A patch needs to be released. 

there is so many glitches left with this game but I will not go on to list them because they will never get fixed.

I believe this is the same as the message 7844197.  Error Code 2,593

Join on friend has not been working since the Unlimited Power event that happened recently. I can’t join on a friend and if they send me an invite I have to wait until their game is over before I can join and even then they have to back out to pick me up.

Can we get this fixed pleasssseeeeee

Error 2.395 has been around already for almost 2 weeks, precisely after the shut down of the servers due to the Heroes Unleashed event in all platforms. Still there hasn't been any fix or even acknowledgement of this bug.

I have tried restarting the EA app, reinstalling EA app, restarting the game, restarting PC, reinstalling the game, deleting junk files remaining after unisntalling, change boot options, etc and no fix, so this is not in my side.

This is a serious game killer, as the social aspect and joining your friends lobbies when they get a good map was a good mechanic. A fix is urgent.

I cannot recall any company that has a game in such a deplorable state. It's not that they won't fix the game breaking bugs that have been here for years, but they create NEW ones

when they're NOT EVEN UPDATING the game anymore.

The only reason I keep playing this game is because I love Star Wars but surely I weon't buy any more games from this company as they disrepect so much their customers, not having

their own products in a functioning state.

So, please. Fix this error and hopefully don't create any NEW bugs while trying to fix it.

Platform: PC but I've heard it's happening on all platforms.

Region: USA (but any region I switch to suffers the same issue)

Date it started: about a week ago and has been constant

Is anything else happening: the error code happens any time I attempt to join a friend in a match or team with a friend in a match. It doesn't seem to be affected if both (me and whichever friend) are both in the menu (but that teams us which isn't always desired).

On another note... simply reporting the issue to ea support was problematic at best. It took me 3 days of support ticket attempts just to get the issue reported.

Yes error code 721 has been an issue since I started playing SWB2 about a year and a half ago. From what I understand it's been constant since the game was released.
