Hi geminiman123, I was reading on other posts that other people were re-installing older graphics drivers to run it.
I am using AMD, I downloaded drivers from November last year and turned the Shader Cache on and off in Radeon Settings ( Gaming, Global settings )
Pretty amazed that it actually worked. I had a little bit of stuttering for the first 30 seconds, but now it's all back to normal.

What driver do you have by chance?
Yeah I went to a previous one, and it didn't work originally.
I then used the specific one that the other person was talking about.

Give that a go and try the Shader cache thing as well. Give it a while when you try it as well. Mine took maybe 30 seconds before it started running normally and it has been perfect since then.17.11.2 is the one I have:
