Ok @xothokoba 🙂 it happens, but at least I have identified your problem.

Your laptop using other graphics card and not the Nvidia one.You need to deactivate the integrated graphics because your integrated card is your primary videocard and now the games try to run through it .First you need to get it to detect and use the right card.

    1. Uninstall, and then reinstall, the latest graphics card driver.

    2. Make sure that your Nvidia graphics card is set as the default graphics card.

Here's the steps on how to set it to default.

    1. Open the "Control Center".
    2. Select "Manage 3D Settings" under 3D Settings.
    3. Click on the "Program Settings" tab and select the program you want to choose a graphics card for from the drop down list.
    4. Now select "preferred graphics processor" in the drop down list. (You can see what the automatic option is listed as global setting) If you want to use the dedicated graphics card, select High-performance Nvidia processor.

Once it is running on the right one, test the system again and see if the issue persists.

@xothokoba  You realize your operating system has a problem and does not work properly, because you had to change something in his registry.

Your operating system needs to be refreshed/reset/rstore/reinstall (to say so)😇

    Ok @xothokoba

This is the Nvidia driver that i'm talking about  (It was released on 15.11.2017 there was no joke ) ,this is the  link http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/126903/en-us

    Version:388.31  WHQL
    Release Date:2017.11.15
    Operating System:Windows 10 64-bit
    Language:English (US)
    File Size:438.27 MB

I just referred to Geforce( and you had Quadro, you told me after that) because in your print screen posted on the forum, so it said -> Please update your Nvidia Geforce driver. <- and the rest that referred to the Geforce series. No matter how, I gave you a link Nvidia with a solution for their Quadro video cards.

  • Thanks a lot for your answer @yahel_1  I have had the same problem as @xothokoba with a Nvidia Quadro 2000 on a HP Z400 Workstation and I have already updated to the latest version the driver using the Quadro Desktop/Quadro Notebook Driver Release 375 version R375 U11 (377.83) https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/130177/en-us and even using the Geforce Experience assistant, but the problem with the error message running the game through Origin kept going. I will try the driver you have shared. By the way. How did you know about that driver GeForce Game Ready Driver https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/126903/en-us to use with a Nvidia Quadro 2000? I hope that solve the problem. Best Regards.

Why Origin and Star Wars Battlefront 2 are detecting a Nvidia GeForce card in their error message when I have a Nvidia Quadro 2000 card and even I can play Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order without problem through Steam with the same video card?

Hey there @praxedis71  the card in question is not support for SWBF2 and the game is asking for a new drivers from Nvidia but that driver update was never given to the Qudro cards.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Spoiler
    OS: 64-bit Windows 7 SP1/Windows 8.1/Windows 10
    Processor (AMD): AMD FX 6350
Processor (Intel): Intel Core i5 6600K
    Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB
Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
DirectX: 11 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    Hard-drive space: 60GB

    /Atic

  • Hi @EA_Atic. Thanks a lot for your help. I did not know about that Nvidia Quadro 2000 exclusion from EA Star Wars Battlefront 2 and I thought it would not have any problem since I can play Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order being this a newest video game. It is ridiculous that Battlefront 2 being of 2017 and Origin EA do not allow to play the video game on a Nvidia Quadro 2000 when Jedi Fallen order does. Do you know if I can get a refund for Star Wars Battlefront 2 please?

  • I think I do not have the "Accept as Solution" option available, since I am not the author who has created the post, being the author @xothokoba
