If you don't receive or lost an item or money on your game, only EA Assistance can help you. Try to contact them by mail, phone ,chat.... but unfortunately we can not do much more on this community forum.

You need an Advisor to look this with you. Contact with an EA Game Advisor as below:

    Can you please get your * together? This should not be happening in the first place and you should be fixing these bugs not telling us to contact customer support.

    What a broken * game. I just bought it and I'm having this issue, what 3 years later?

    If you have any issues with SWBF2 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
