Let me tell you a story. A story about a glitch:
Once upon a time I was playing HvV and then suddenly I realised neither Grievous nor Dooku could be selected (BB-9 was already in the game and could be selected). Then I realised none of my Star Cards were actually doing anything. Then I realised emotes wouldn't play. If I respawned nothing changed. This was happening with all characters (except with the unselectable ones because I couldn't test them). And then I realised all players were experiencing this. When sides changed in the same map, now Obi and Ani couldn't be selected and everything stayed the same. Only when matchmaking brought us to another server things fixed themselves.
Due to the nature of this I labeled it a Server/Lobby issue, because upon changing lobbies, things would fix themselves.
If I've played Hero Starfighter 5 times since it was released, that was a lot, so I know nothing about the mode. But if upon changing lobbies this got fixed, I'd guess it's an issue of the same nature as the one I found in HvV.
