Looks like it started to happen after the last Jedi DLC.
I also have 1080Ti and so far disabling shaders cache in nVidia control panel > booting the game > Closing the game and re-enabling it seems to work, at least for me. Let me know if that helps.

    Rly?, glad it helped, I'm playing for like 2hrs now and its fine, there is some minimal stuttering every now and than but its playable, question is how long it lasts before we need to re do it 🙂
