Agreed. I wish the game reached its potential but there are clearly high-level decisions made by non-gamers that have screwed the game.
1. No chat in lobby - how you omit such a fundamental feature is beyond me. Proof EA is run by suits.
2. Missing or extremely bad match balancing - no explanation needed.
3. No combat log - the biggest killer in all matches now, as with BF1, is hackers and the suspicion of hackers with 'absolutely no way to verify it'. Players are left feeling like * wondering if they're being cheated.
4. Minimal community engagement and transparency from EA. Instead of open dialogue and engaging with posts they decide to be generally silent, and wonder why no one trusts them when they say 'we put players first'.
