OK. Some things to try in prioritized order:

1. Turn off any overlays, such as the one in EA app.
2. Clear your cache.
3. Uninstall the game, EA app and any other launchers (e.g. Steam). Then, reinstall EA app, then the game.

If you installed mods along the way, you'll need to go down an entirely different route - e.g. reset Windows.

You say "it" did not work. I proposed multiple things to try. You tried them all?

There was a "secret" link to the download a little while ago. However, you need to get it working with EA app. That's what is now supported.

Did you buy the game directly from EA?

i removed every launcher there was cleared the cache,erased the app, redownloaded the game. Overlay is off, and no i did not buy it directly from ea but i used my brothers xbxo account tried the game on his account it still would not work.

As mentioned, you should not be using Origin at this point.

You need to launch the game from the vendor you purchased the game from (e.g. Steam). If you're having issues, you need to contact that vendor.

well i bought a key and put the digital code on ea

i always buy my games through keys and nothin goes wrong with any of them

While you can use a digital code, it needs to be a valid code and it needs to be entered with the account and platform you intend to use while playing.

what i meant through that comment is that where ever i got the game from xbox gamepass or digital it won't work 

it has to be something in the game. it does not happen to jedi survivor or fifa, it just happens for battlefront. I have no clue on what it can be. 

has there been a problem like this related resolved i have been researching and i can't find anything
