Nearly every match Its actually so depressing. I get grouped with a couple of level 10's against a group of average level 100-150's. This is not a one off occurence but is actually very common.
@JindermanAlso applies to the opposite when I play with my high level premade team mates and all we get matched up against are low levels. Pretty boring to not say the least.

The matchmaking is illegal worthy. #chargethedevs
I don't doubt it one bit that playing against a group who pose no challenge is also rubbish. But more often than not I always get placed with newbies and it is so crap when that happens. My scenario is more demoralising than your scenario I think.
I think the game needs some sort of consideration for the aggregate experience on both sides and the latency of connections for each player too.
Rant over. I just wanna know how often this occurs is all.
Never have I ever...
Seen numbers THIS bad?
Oh, and yes, this is all randoms.

How hard can it be to make the game fairer EA!?!?

Even worse is when people who live their lives through SW Battlefront games totally dominate matches and spoil it for everyone else with their sweat-drenched play and tediously, sometimes suspiciously OP weapons.
Private/invite lobbies online would be a great option so these people can be excluded.
I've been on the wrong side of this kind of match up too.
You get people who always stick to the same cowardly groups so they can always dominate.
Every match up today I have been on the losing side due to the opposing team having more experienced players.
Someone behind this game isnt doing their job right and deserve to have all the misfortune in the world directed at them.
This game is so vexing. Gonna go back to GTA soon
Update: This issue is seriously getting out of hand. Too many blowouts!
Yea they should have random players in there own match split evenly
Group players should only play against other groups
The Noobs here are like a plague.
Only feeding the other Team and rly annoying to play with because you must carry the hole Team.
Its no wonder why you want to stick with a Team with the most high level players.
Otherwise, if there are no noobs in this game, then you will be faced with pre-built teams that nobody really likes.
@LafenChuck
“Only feeding the other Team...”
Which was the experience the poor enemy team on Kloss went through earlier today. Both sides, enemy team got wiped. This issue may raise the question of why players quit games, especially HvV. It’s not fun to get your back wiped by the enemy, especially against an all-MAX hero team who stuck together and constantly dominate against randoms. It’s almost like if you want to dominate, you have to get a premade team of your own But what if you want to play solo?.
Nowadays, there’s no very close battles where people are only losing by 1 or 2. It’s an uptick of 5 to 25, the latter very rare and if you’re very unlucky, which has happened to me the past few days of HvV.
Only two matches of HvV in my most recent session we’re wins, and even then we steamrolled, which isn’t fun for the enemy team.
I fear Squadrons has this same matchmaking problem too. It is when Motive fixes that I’ll jump into dogfights. But this is Battlefront forums, not Squadrons, but this issue applies to both games.
either way, these team balancing issues are just pathetic to see...@LafenChuckSo... what exactly do you want? You don't like noobs playing the game but also dislike pro stacks?
Man you can hardly expect to wash yourself without getting wet.
@FearfulWarpII I'm late for the party, but what I typically do(as a player with all heroes & villains at lvl 41+) is just fight 2 of them at once. Gives them a fighting chance and gives me a decent challenge.
@CampletelyCrazyMore importantly, it draws the enemies focus off of your remaining team mates so the main force of your team can destroy the other half of the opponent team before maybe flanking the two guys that are trying to bring you down.
Ah, Napoleon's battle tactics.
- @Jinderman At this point HvV is a chore with these numbers 🙄
@TRlALONAnd most Randoms in hvv practice the Soviet 1v4 suicide charge 😂u only have 35 deaths it will not work u do not have like 7 million soldiers at your disposal
Okay this is legit getting ridiculous
Two losses today, the first because of a potato in the team
We just dominated 23-0.
C’mon.
@FearfulWarpIISeems like the game still gets a lot of new players and that's a good thing.
Well, unlike you want more balance in a HvH match.
I mean I'm recently even playing with some of the weaker heroes or those I usually don't play at all and we often still win by a clear ticket difference due to many opponents whose heroes are at lvl 10 or something.
The challenge here is to stay disciplined and keep playing that hero even when some of the newer hero players turn out to only have a low hero lvl but actually have a decent aim.
I am happy with all the new players coming in and saving the game from what would be a slow death, yes, but all I want for
ChristmasLife Day... is balance. To be honest, I’m numb to this matchmaking at this point
- @FearfulWarpII this... without the new players we'd be struggling in all modes the way you have struggled in HVV Starfighters from day one 🙂
Also, FWIW I'm dreadful at HVV (despite watching YT vids on how to play) so if you see me on your team, I'll be high level but a rubbish player. I don't play HVV because of elitist players complaining and using pejorative terms such as 'potato' or 'plague'.
Jheez...
I understand the frustration though. I just wish it was for the dreadful matchmaking, not the actual player. I wonder if they're trying to pair up new players with more experienced ones so they see examples of how to play each mode. To be stomped or do the stomping there is no balance
