If you suspect a player may be playing unfairly you can use the steps detailed at the following link to report them.

Thanks.@EA_Barry we have done that and the cheaters are still here. just like the fake admin account that have been here for 2 years now are out there still here. plus to you cant report someone that dose not show up on the scoreboard and do a screach for their brings nothing up how are to to report someone then
@EA_BarryI have reported the same person an insane amount of times as early as 7/07/2022 and he DOES get banned but it seems EA doesn't care to ensure he stays banned. Here's a list of the accounts of his I've reported.

This guy in particular needs to be investigated and if it's no coincidence that most of these names are similar, he needs a HWID ban. At this point, I only keep reporting because I'm glad it costs him probably a dollar each time he has to make a new account. I never expect he won't one shot me again next time I boot up the game.@EA_Barry With that link, you can't report them on ps4 and xbox one for cheating in BF2.
For PSN: nowhere to be found the option to report for cheating. Only for communication.
For Xbox Live: I'm pretty sure it's always the old and very generic cheating option for all games.

No, no, you didn't understand the essence of the problem a little bit. Now there is a massive problem with the control of the lobby server and the appearance of messages from the server administrator (highlighted in yellow color in the chat). For example, please take a look at this video and be sure to look at the messages in the chat. Please note - the yellow messages go without the nickname of the player who is in the lobby, so it is not possible to use 'report player', since it is unknown who took control of the server in the lobby.
Please - bring the problem to those who are still engaged in technical support of Battlefront II. Study the video of the players (you can also write to me in private messages, because I also have a video with examples of what happens with such a seizure of the lobby server) and, again, - please fix this problem, not its consequences.- @91comet91 yeah, the problem has been around for a long time, but it has intensified since the spring of this year (subjectively).
- @91comet91 In my opinion, this is still the same problem as with "1 hp bug" 2 years ago, so I don't expect anything from them other than fixing this problem. Getting access to the lobby server in any way is a violation of the EA infrastructure, and this is certainly spelled out in the agreement for any multiplayer game. I just don't understand why unauthorized access has not yet been closed since the situation with "1 hp bug".
- @91comet91 Yeah, I somehow didn't think to write right away that the problem was never connected with mods in any way. I hope that someone from the support staff will still carefully study the video in this topic or at least contact me, since I recorded a couple of variations of the "hijacking" of the server, and I have never used mods for SWBF2 and not going to.
- @EA_Barry Why are you ignoring us? I see in your profile in the "My recent activity" section that you answer in topics on other games. Why can't you pay attention to the problem I described earlier in this discussion (since you misunderstood the author of the topic)? Then, please, mention the community manager who will be able to study the essence of the problem, if you are busy and have not responded to mentions for more than one month.
By the way, the problem has not disappeared while you have not answered and continues nowadays. - @tofjord they just dont want to listen to us they want ue to report the cheaters but that is hard to do because the name of the person is not on the scoreboard because it a fake admin account and to what one guy says all the time the game has run its life cycle but then they still sell the game hum?

The problem with cheaters seizing control of the lobby has not disappeared, despite the fact that I have not posted in this discussion since November last year. Why do you continue to ignore these topics and not report this issue to the team that is still engaged in server maintenance SWBF2? - @EA_Barry yeah, we are here, because reporting works so well. For sure there's a lot of people who accuse people of cheating, who aren't, but facts: cheaters have been playing since day one and hackers crash every lobby for years killed the playerbase entierly. Not that you would care as fixing won't make you any money.
Understandable. Then give players the option to refund a game, that's unplayable and stop selling it.
