@EA_Ataashi this is not limited to after using the secondary fire. I do not equip the secondary fire and have it occur more often than I would like. Haven't paid much attention to what I have done just before it occurs. Also the lock on sometimes bugs out and doesn't work, you need to un equip and then re equip the ability in order for it to work(I find this to be the case with both).
