I am on PS4 and just experienced this bug, and it is after I installed patch 1.04. I was defending the Trade Federation control ship, finally won as a defender, the reward screen said that I had completed the Milestone "The Defender" 5/5, but when I went to the home page to claim it, it was still stuck at 4/5.
