Re: Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

In what game mode did the bug occur? Strike
What is your time zone? AST - GMT - 9:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bug prevents claiming the 'Disruptor Shot for NT-242' reward for completing 150 enemies defeated on any multiplayer map. Progress bar shows 'completed' but 'Claim Reward' is grayed out.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to claim the reward.
What do you expect to see? The reward able to be claimed.

I have taken the following steps to see if they would correct the problem:

1) Exited and restarted the game

2) Turned off and on Xbox One console

3) Reset router (not sure but took a shot in the dark with this one)

4) Continued to use NT-242 sniper rifle for a further 20 kills
