Re: Wont load into online or offline games

So basically when i try it starts to load and then it keeps loading for a little then crashes. Thats about what happens

Do you happen to have any peripherals plugged into the USB ports? Maybe a steering wheel or Guitar Hero dongle?

Just to be sure, since the Xbox servers have come back online, you still can't play?

Ill try once i get home then ill let you know, but still its still weird since i can play on my other xbox but its just mine thats not working. And its only affecting battlefront. The other games work just fine

Cool. If that doesn't help, try deleting your gamertag from your console and downloading it again.

Basically i installed the game about 2 weeks ago and it wont load into anything. Ive tried everything of what other ea members have told me but its just not working if there are any other solutions you guys may know lmk

It's best to keep all relevant information in one space to better keep track of what's been tried so far and where to go from there.

On that note, may I double check what steps you've already completed? I'll share a list below of steps below. Let us know please in your reply if you tried all of these troubleshooting steps while the Xbox Servers were active and if there are any steps you've completed that are missing from this list: 

1. Confirmed that you have an Xbox Live Gold membership active to access the online features of this game?
2. Checked if you have linked that Xbox Account to the correct EA account?  (See your 'About Me' page on myaccount.ea.com)
3. You've double checked your Xbox One is up to date/no updates pending? 
4. You’ve restarted your router and tried a hardwired connection?
5. Cleared your alternate MAC address?
6. Opened up your ports for Star Wars Battlefront II?
