Sorry to hear that you're having connection issues to the Battlefront II servers.

This error code is a very generic, standard, Failed to Connect/Lost Connection error code.

I would recommend taking a look at our connection troubleshooting steps, to see if they might be able to solve the issue for you:

For more troubleshooting steps or other solutions, I would recommend to please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). (Example)

  • Hello! Thanks for getting back to me, unfortunately I already did trouble shoot the Xbox and talked to one of their helpers and they recommended I contacted you since it wasn’t working. So you still may have to check your EA severs please.

    Hey @DarthSid19,

    I am sorry to hear that you were forwarded to post this on the forums, we unfortunately can't assist you here with this issue as this seems to be related to your own network connection, your ISP or your connection to the Xbox or PlayStation (not sure which platform you're playing on). If the provided troubleshooting steps didn't help you, I would recommend getting in touch with your ISP to see if they might be aware of any issues.
  • Well I contacted your company and they said it was actually on their end, since there have been multiple complaints. So EA severs seem to be down. And my internet is working fine, so it makes sense that it’s EA. Please fix as soon as possible.

    Still getting kicked out of my online Battlefront 2 games. My network is fine, my internet is working, and my Xbox is working properly. Still getting code 672. Please fix this, it’s been occurring for about 2 weeks now.

    I get the same problem, error code 672. My internet is fine and I’m able to play any game online except for battlefront 2. This is an issue on your end. Would be nice if you guys actually looked into it so I can play a game I wasted money on.

    We have not received any other server issue reports, thankfully.

    I would recommend taking a look at the above-posted network troubleshooting steps to see if they can help you out.
  • I have gone through the touble shooting as well and havent been able to play for weeks, i get kicked out of every game, i have fiber internet, and have double checked my speed and isb, its your servers

  • So I was having the same issue and I removed the game form quick resume and relaunched I'm on a series x and never had this problem on the one so it may be sometime to do with the games launching before the server has a chance to connect, I'm not a professional now do I know how the connection with the servers works exactly but I got mine fixed and maybe it would work for others. I really love this game and have noticed that the player count is down and hope that it can make a comeback 

  • They are always going to blame someone else. I havent been able to get on for YEARS and they keep saying its the ISP or the console.. I've moved twice and chnaged consoles 3 times. Its just EA and their money grubbing tactics. Once they have your money, they do not care
