I was playing earlier today and I had all my progress. But I logged back on about 30 minuites ago and it is all gone. An example in here. I don't lknow what to do.

Missing Specific content including cosmetics, weapons, characters and Boost cards. all items are unlocked now.

Hi thought I had an answer for you , I deleted the game and reloaded which took 2.5 hrs . Reloaded and I had all my guns and cards . 
played 1 game fine , 2nd round 10 mins later all guns locked 😡

This exact thing happened to me, I’ve played this game since release, and I’ve grinded so much, I hope my progress isn’t erased forever

Just happened to me on Xbox. Progress, heroes, star cards, credits, weapons, ships, etc. all reset.

Seems this is a worldwide error. All star cards locked etc. I don't see the point in entering all the information as it's highly unlikely it'll be resolved today.
