Repair of your cards and players May the 4th

please fix this

All progress, star cards, characters, ships, etc. reset.

• Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset?  Yes and Yes Obiwan, Anakin, Dooku, and Grevious all locked including Lando and L3 Millennium Falcon. All star cards locked. All weapons locked Zero Credits Zero Crafting parts Zero costumes Player rank still remained Tried restoring from Backup PSN cloud file, worked minus the credits and star cards cosmetics back and previously locked heroes. Shut down PS4 for and hour then re log-in again and same error previously occurred when logging back in.

Seems fixed now.

Just had the same problem, uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it for me. Hope this works for you to 🙂

I understand completely and I can relate this morning I logged on to play some co op and star fighter assault at first I noticed I couldn’t upgrade my star cards but I didn’t think much of it then next thing I know I get on later and see that I have all my levels but all my weapons,star cards, skins, etc are gone I hope that EA fixes this ASAP. I play on Xbox series S and I’m glad I’m not alone in this 

Mine as well is gone. I had everything unlocked and have been playing since launch, now it's all gone. I also have over 2k hours in the game and was looking forward to May 4th events. And since all my classes are max level, I cannot unlock the star cards with skill points.... I hope this is just a bug and will be gone tomorrow..

All my credits and Boost cards are gone, and characters such as Obi-wan, Anakin, Dooku and Grevious are locked. Please help asap!!

UPDATE:

I played some more and got a level, and it seems like everything been reinstated, including upgrade points that disappeared. Also, i thought it good to mention that i first lost everything when I went into a new supremacy game after i finished one with out going back to menu (like the auto-queue)
