- Received error message one time about connecting to the EA server after closing application to fix the issue 

- All my progress in the game has been reset (skins, weapons, charters, voice lines, star cards and locked characters apart from my rank level 50 in the career option and class levels and hero)

No error message.

Account looks like it’s rest, cards are all down to basic level but characters are still at the level I had them, I.E. heavy is still max level, specialist 73, Chewbacca 106 etc. Grievous, Obi-Wan, Dooku, Anakin & the Lando + L3-37 Falcon are locked.
