Repair of your cards and players May the 4th

I don't know how to fix it on any other console like Xbox or PS, since i don't use those for Battlefront 2, but i recommend trying the same thing, open the menu and turn off the Xbox or PS from there, unplug the power cable, and reset the wifi.
I recommend trying these steps for console.

My star cards are locked along with weapons and all 4 prequel chareters are locked

Same thing happened to me. And on May 4th of all days

• Are you getting an error message? No
• Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Levels are still there, unlocked weapons cannot be selected, lost all star cards , falcon with solo skin , Kenobi , grievous, dooku and anakin are locked
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

all credits and starcard upgrades, cosmetics, and character unlocks are gone.

@EA_Illium CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL EA EPLOYEES ! THE BEST MAY THE 4TH FOR SW FANS !!! Quitting a game with the biggest fan base and a lot of potential.... Now can`t even deliver ONE DAY of good performance for all it`s owners. Frustrated .

Yeah me too , I think it has something to do with PS4 versions or game shared installed games. It just happened to me as well with BattleFront 2 and GTA 5 I didn’t have an online character all of a sudden. I can’t play with Anakin, Count Dooku, Grevious, Obi Wan. And this is all recent 

Mine is missing only my earned credits (over 10k) and Boost Card Levels for all characters and units. I have retained my levels, skins, character unlocks and boost card unlocks. This is on Xbox.

I'm also having the same issue. Many of my already unlocked items, characters, etc. are now locked and unavailable. My credits and crystals are suddenly gone, etc. Same as everyone else.

Playing on PC. No error messages or anything standing out as any more unusual than the usual issues with the EA app.

Update: Repairing the game in the EA app seems to have restored most things back to normal for now. Still missing some applied cards but haven't noticed any of the other issues again at this time.

you can easely fix the problem on pc and there are also methods for console that i don't know about like re-installing the game worked for some people, and for me it was just turning off my pc flipping the power switch for 16 mins and restarting battlefront 2
