Game is just missing boost card levels(showing only base unlock level) and earned credits (10k)

Still have character levels, all character unlocks, boostcard unlocks amd skins 

if your on pc click windows turn off the pc flip the power switch to off for 16 minutes or so and restart battlefront 2.
if your on console i recommend or doing the same thing by opening up the menu and turning off the console, unplug the power cable for about the same time or longer and reset the wifi, and restart battlefront 2, or re-instal the game.

all my star cards and character customizations is lost that’s I’ve unlocked over the years. 
I have no more crystals and credits left in my account 

I played on the morning of May 4th 2024 and everything was fine. All heroes were 400 points and all 8 could be on the map at once. I logged back in at 8pm and ran into this issue. Please keep us updated, thanks.

• Are you getting an error message? Saw one but may be unrelated. Game runs fine but lots of stuff missing. 
• Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Lost all cards, crystals, credits, and skins. Various characters are locked but levels are still there.

980+ hours played. Everything was unlocked. All gone as of this afternoon. It was fine at 0600 this morning on PS5. Now PS4 and PS5 have nothing unlocked. Name is armstrs.
