Try This
1. Exit game and EA. 2. Reboot. 3. Delete Entire SWBF2 folder from Documents. 4. Reboot. 5. Launch Game. See if they came back.
Worked for me. Have to reset a couple cards, but it's all there.

The same thing happened to me, I lost all boosts appearances and any extras besides milestones and levels. I'm really sad because I love playing as grevious and all of my heavy boosts are gone. If there is a solution for xbox please help me.

Count dooku, grievous, anakin, Kenobi locked all star cards disabled and characters are level 1 obviously not what they were millenium falcon locked
All credits and crystals wiped

Played a couple of hero’s vs villains today. List all of my cosmetics, emotes, star cards, voice lines, victory poses, and some of my hero’s are locked and unplayable. I also lost all of my in game currency. Skill points weren’t refunded either so it’s impossible to even get the star cards back.
Same issue. Credits and Boost cards all reset to zero. Character progress maintained. Was fine a few hours ago.

what the heck is going on here? I was just playing a galactic assault map with everything normal. I went to supremacy and all of my star cards reset. The level is there but star cards reset and the prequel hero’s and villains are locked. I’ve been playing since launch and have worked since then to get all star cards at purple. I was super close to completing it too! Makes me very upset to see all of those years of progress lost in a matter of seconds… hopefully there’s a solution for all of us out there
