Repair of your cards and players May the 4th

Try This

1. Exit game and EA.   2. Reboot.  3. Delete Entire SWBF2 folder from Documents.   4. Reboot.  5. Launch Game.   See if they came back.

Worked for me.  Have to reset a couple cards, but it's all there.

    ¿Recibes un mensaje de error? error 721
    ¿Te falta un progreso específico o tu cuenta se ha restablecido? solo aparece el nivel el resto se perdió, el dinero las tarjetas, algunos héroes, armas, todo se perdió
    Si es posible, comparte una captura de pantalla o un clip...
    Si está en PC, comparta un archivo DxDiag y un número de ID de error de EA app

    How to fix the issue on PC platform : Turn of the PC and switch off the power button, after about 16 minutes or so, restart your pc and boot up battlefront 2, just spam the connect button until it works and your collection should be complete again.

    • Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? All star cards blocked, also Solo’s movie Falcon, DLC heroes as Kenobi, Anakin, Grivous and Dooku and doc skins for all heroes and villains. All my progression is reset only my levels are intact.

    • Are you missing specific progress or has your account reset? Just logged in at 4:50 PM Eastern time and everything is gone except for levels. 
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... Self explanatory isn't it?
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number 
    • There's no Error ID number. I doubt sharing a DxDiag would help as I don't think this issue is on my end.
