Reset level in battlefront 2

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug When I am at the collection menu it shows all of my normal items and cards I have collected throughout my time playing battlefront 2. However when logging into a galactic assault match not only has it always been Kashyyyk, but all of my star cards have been reset to zero.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? assassinman357
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 11/21/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 7:30AM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check your collection menu then play galactic assault.
What happens when the bug occurs? The map will always be Kashyyyk and you will spawn in the game with no star cards available
What do you expect to see? No cards, no card level, locked heroes that I’ve already bought
Please select your region North America

    @assassinman357Thanks for the post. This is happening to quite an array of players, hopefully we'll have an update/fix soon.

    Hey there, 

    I have the very same issue which started right after I choose the respawn option during a galactic assault...

    Thank goodness I’m not the only one with this issue - I hope it gets fixed soon because I really enjoy playing this game.

    Exact same problem! This game has some serious bugs but this is ridiculous, all my earned gear is none existent. Game is unplayable.

    Exact same problem here, I also get kicked out from the match after playing for a while.

    Hello

    Same here. Glad im not the only one.

    What i also have is that in the collection menu, star cards from some heroes and classes dissapear. I need to equip theme every time.

    Hope they will fix this problem asap.

    Better have a fix very soon to this stupid problem and the error 327 problem while you are at it $120 of my saved up money is on the line....
