This is another day 1 BUG never solved. As I rarely play trooper classes, I just lost track of this BUG. So this means it's still in the game, what a shame. It shouldn't be so difficult to fix though, but then the issue with Iden's Stun Droid Star Card decreasing its cooldown for more time then intended also seemed an easy fix and it took them almost 2 years to fix.
Yeah, this bug was around for a long time a while back. But at some point (maybe around the Dooku/Anakin updates) I noticed that it was working correctly, so I started running it all time in my Heavy and Specialist loadouts. Then sometime in the last couple months (probably after one of the recent updates) it stopped working correctly again. Definitely a bummer.
