Returning after 2yrs, Someone explain the logic behind lightsaber combat?

@Makethegamefun it's broken beyond measure...DICE kept listening to the wrong crowds that cried about lightsaber combat and now we are stuck with broken mechanics, overpowered heroes from the lightside that never get tired and have OHK abilities, etc.
