Rewards are still unavailable

I have been in contact with the EA help line for more than 2 weeks. My rewards are still unclaimable and i know many people are having the same issue and some have been waiting months. Everytime i ask them what is going on they say they are investigating the problem. This is obviously a lie. How hard is this to fix EA. This is very unprofessional for a gaming company, you have to think about the consumer. Why would i want to play a game that does not care about me, the player, and not recieve well earned rewards. For example i have gotten 400/400 kills with the officer and i can not recieve the last gun. This is very frustrating. I encourage all of you, the consumer to contact EA and speak your mind. This is very invonvenient, frustrating and outrageous. I will not be playing Battlefront II for there is no reason to. Killing in game and getting nothing for it is not rewarding to me. For some miracle if they do fix this seemingly easy problem to fix, they should compensate us all for this waste of time. EA get it together.

    I agree completely. After grinding through 400 kills only to have your reward unclaimable is very frustrating. Now more of my rewards are unclaimable as well. It has honestly driven me away from playing. I hope they fix these issues soon. I really enjoyed playing but not having that sense of achievement anymore really takes the excitement out of the game for me.

    My bugged reward is Blurrg. So I can't be all OP like everyone else. And 2 campaign milestones for hidden packages. I'm almost done with the 400, and I had to do it all with the S-5!

    Submitted a report, supposed to be contacted within 72 hours. It's been 7 days? And I don't see the bug on the list of known issues.

    I'll say it like that. I also have a problem with milestones. I've been crawling since January and I'm so lucky to find some information and answers. And he begged for repairs. He kept his pen and losing his nerves for the game for 80 euros that did not work. The game is constantly frozen and sent to the menu with error 201. All my efforts are in vain. The helpless ad always sends a link to a few days old tweet that is working on it. What else did that. Sends a link and hi. We do not care more.
    I made a difficult but important decision. Fifa is no longer a year since it is a thief game and I was not nervous about it. But I'm a big fan of Star Wars and I've decided to be faithful to this brand. It's a supreme game. And in an incredible way I like to play. But now ? I'm telling you straight. To know that it is such a heap of dung, I would not give one euro for it. I would not even take it for free.

    My decision is clear. I decided and I realized that this !!! I repeat this Star Wars and EA's overall game is my last.
    I have never been so badly humiliated when I buy badly so bad goods.
    What it is. But what's the worst? That no one cares about it! Hell, I'm so upset. I'd rather just write a vulgar word next to the word. To make sure that one of those fools understands there is no game for a month and no one moves with a finger.
    My decision is that if the game is not in the end of February, like when I switched on November 17, 2017, so without errors. And if there is no new season in the end of March, I will exchange the game in the store for another and mainly working. Today the game has been mowed and frozen in such a way that I'm still surprised that the game itself is no longer in the landfill. Again, error 201 how else would it? I have never frozen in BLAST mode. Then I froze again, and when I shot myself in the enemy, no life was lost. What is it for? Is this possible?
