Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Screen shot attached, get tossed by Vader on Endor.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get stuck and need to respawn to move.
What do you expect to see? Rey to get up and keep on fighting the good fight.

Using Rey on HvV she got tossed aside and wouldn't get up or move.  I had to respawn to keep playing.
