I suggest you split reports, one for each issue, it's easier this way. Also, if you find another report on your same issue, prefer to bump that one then to create a new one, as reports with more comments and votes have an easier time to grab the attention of EA_Staff.

About the AT-RT glitch, yeah I'm aware about that one. I'm sure there are multiple reports about it here in AHQ, but I don't know if devs or EA has acknowledged this yet. At least it's just a harmless visual BUG.
The Co-Op wrong faction glitch is one they already tried to fix more then once but unfortunately couldn't. It has never happened to me yet, and I have no idea if anyone found a way to reproduce it.
And about HvV spawn issues, there's none that I'm aware of in the moment, besides long standing ones like Kamino's spawns are very predictable, Kashyyyk's too but not so much, and sometimes people spawn in front of you, which is more common the smaller the map is, like in the Republic Attack Cruiser map.
